During the fierce Formula 1 races of the 80s and 90s, rain meant anticipation for Brazilians. Ayrton Senna won 62% of his races on wet tracks.
Globoplay invited the Black Madre studio to work on this incredible campaign, in which we used rain as a graphic element, exploring the movement of water and its relationship to racing speed. The lettering was created using a manual technique that traced the flow of water across paper, and the visuals were designed from Ayrton’s perspective as he faced the wet track.
